§ The Attorney-GeneralFollowing an allegation of theft made against him by a fellow councillor, Councillor Scuplak voluntarily attended Charles street police station where he was interviewed. The Leicestershire constabulary has its forwarded the results of its investigation to the Crown Prosecution Service, which will decide whether or not to institute criminal proceedings.
