To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department how many judgments handed down by the High Court in each year since 1987 have held that provisions of(a) primary and (b) secondary legislation were unlawful, giving in each case the sponsoring Department of the legislation and the court's reasons.
