When they expect to he able to announce a decision on the proposal to introduce a voucher scheme for people using the NHS wheelchair service.

We have considered carefully the findings of the working group set up by the Department of Health to look at the feasibility of introducing such a scheme and my honourable friend the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Health (Mr. Bowis) will he making a full announcement about this tomorrow at 11a.m. Copies of the relevant papers will he available in the Printed Paper Office and the Library.
