§ Mr. HanleyGrants were awarded for activities which addressed reproductive health needs in the community. The criteria included (i) the innovative content of proposals and prospects for their replication, (ii) the capability and experience of the organisation seeking funds, (iii) the overall quality of the project design, (iv) relevance of the project to ODA's reproductive health aims, (v) the cost of the project in relation to anticipated achievement and (vi) availability of funds.
