To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many letters he has received(a) from organizations and individuals in Wales and (b) from hon. Members representing Welsh constituencies concerning adverse effects following on the failure to secure millennium fund backing for the national opera house/Lyric theatre in Wales; and if he will make a statement.
