§ Mr. GummerI understand that 13 countries, including the United Kingdom, had submitted reports to the UN Commission by 23 January 1996. Copies of the UK's report have been placed in the Library, and are being sent to all member countries of the Commission on Sustainable Development, and to other interested parties. Further copies are available from the Department of the Environment.
