§ Mr. HanleyAny staff holding non-executive or other directorships are required to make a declaration if they come into contact in an official capacity with a business concern in which they have an interest, or if the business concern has concluded or may conclude a contract with a Government Department.
Any such declarations are carefully considered and the papers kept on the individual's personnel file. We are unable to provide a list without incurring disproportionate cost.
