§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonRepresentations received by the Scottish Office to date which claim that there has been a miscarriage of justice in Mr. Callaghan's case are currently being considered. I cannot, however, give an indication of when the review will be completed as documents are still being lodged on Mr. Callaghan's behalf.
