§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThere was a small increase in the infant mortality rate for Wales in 1994. Much of the increase was concentrated in East Dyfed. A very detailed inquiry has been made of all still births and infant deaths in East Dyfed between 1993 to 1994 but no common factor was found.
