§ Mr. HoramMr. Nigel Whittaker has been involved, as a member of a two-man team deployed by the Malcolm Hurlston Corporate Consultancy, in preparing a report for the Department of Health on need for 24-hour nursed beds for people with very severe and enduring mental illness who need a high degree of support for long periods. The106W consultancy firm will be undertaking further work for us over the coming year to ensure speedy implementation of this essential element of provision.
