§ Mr. Roger EvansOne of the next key steps in the long-term reform of social security is the change programme, which aims to produce administrative efficiencies of 25 per cent. over the next three years. As part of this, consideration is being given to the future of service delivery in Wales. Any proposals will be subject to consultation before final decisions are taken.
