To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a statement on the derailment of a goods train on 9 March at Healey Mills yard, Wakefield. [24769]

On Saturday 9 March 1996, three wagons of a goods train were derailed in the marshalling yard at Healey Mills near Wakefield. At the time of the derailment the train was moving very slowly. There was no danger to other trains and no one was injured.
