To ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage (1) what representations she has had concerning the adoption of a new lyric theatre for Wales as a successor scheme to the scheme for the Cardiff Bay opera house as a candidate for Millennium Commission funding; 
(2) what consultations she has had with the chairman of the Millennium Commission on the involvement of Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber and Cameron Mackintosh and their companies in bidding jointly with the Cardiff Bay development corporation for millennium funding for a new lyric theatre for Wales in Cardiff bay.
