To ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage if she will make a statement on the problem of non-recognition by computers of the year 2000 with regard to her Department's computers and those for which it is responsible. [24404]

The Department of National Heritage is currently reviewing the necessity for any changes to computer systems to support the year 2000.
