§ Mrs. BrowningPremises engaged in the supply of raw beef hamburgers and meat products are covered by the Minced Meat and Meat Preparation (Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and the Meat Products (Hygiene) Regulations 1994, unless they supply exclusively caterers and/or the final consumer, in which case they are covered by the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995.
