§ Mr. Roger EvansThe content and design of the housing benefit and council tax benefit claim forms provided by the Benefits Agency are reviewed annually by the Department in consultation with the local authority associations and the Benefits Agency. A review is under way to identify the changes required in preparation for the implementation of jobseeker's allowance in October. Housing benefit and council tax benefit claims procedures are monitored continually.
