§ Mr. WattsMy hon. Friend the Member for Salisbury (Mr. Key) announced in January last year that progress on the A418 Wing bypass scheme will be subject to the outcome of the A5-M40 study. The 1994 roads programme review placed the scheme in the longer-term category. In the meantime, no further assessment has been made.
