HC Deb 27 October 1995 vol 264 cc855-6W
Mr. Sweeney

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what changes he proposes to make to the cash limits for his Department and the office of Her Majesty's chief inspector of schools in Wales for the current financial year. [40633]

(3) what percentage and how many primary school pupils were in classes of 31 or more in each local education authority in Wales and in total; and what was the actual and percentage change in numbers from January 1994 in each Welsh local education authority and in total. [39985]

Mr. Richards

Information about class sizes in Wales is collected centrally only in respect of the number of classes, not the number of pupils in classes.
