To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make a statement on his meeting with the member of the European Commission responsible for regional development in Brussels on Wednesday 4 October, in relation to the application of the additionality principle of his Department's grant-in-aid to the Welsh how many grants offers have been (a) made and (b) subsequently withdrawn.
