§ Mr. OppenheimAs I said in my earlier statement, a number of representations have been received by my Department concerning export business entered into before the moratorium on export licences was imposed on 17 December 1992. We have identified a third case concerning the completion of a contract for repair and overhaul in the United Kingdom of non-lethal marine components.
418WIn the circumstances, we have agreed to issue a licence which would allow these components to be returned to their owners in Iran unrepaired.
