§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonMy right hon. Friend has asked Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise to consider how Scotland can be best promoted as a film location and to establish what infrastructure is needed for the production of commercial films in Scotland. He expects to receive their report early in the new year and will arrange to make copies available in the Library in due course.
