I hope to be able to make an initial announcement shortly on arrangements for the fourth round of bidding for electricity from renewable sources of energy, known as NFF0–4. My expectation is that further details will be given in Renewable Energy Bulletin No. 6, REB-6, to be published soon after the initial announcement.
