§ Mr. HagueThe Cardiff Bay development corporation, acting on the advice of the Countryside Council for Wales, the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds and the Land Authority for Wales, has submitted its report on alternative site options to the Goldcliff/Redwick proposals. I expect to announce my final decision on site acquisition and place a copy of the Cardiff Bay development corporation report in the Library of the House shortly, following detailed discussions with the European Commission and the Countryside Council for Wales.
