§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe forecast job creation in Wales as a percentage of the United Kingdom total from inward investment by overseas owned companies in the past three years continues to be greater than our proportion of the United Kingdom population at about 13 per cent. in 1992-93, and almost 13 per cent. in 1993–94. In 1994–95 the figure was 8 per cent. These percentages are based upon information provided by companies at the time of the decision to invest and take no account of any subsequent decisions.
