§ Mr. BoswellOn 2 November, my right hon. and learned Friend the Minister met representatives from the National Farmers Union for England and Wales, the Scottish National Farmers Union and the Ulster Farmers Union to discuss hill livestock compensatory allowances in the context of the annual review of economic conditions in the hills and uplands. He was accompanied on that occasion by Ministers from both the Scottish Office and the Welsh Office, and by myself.
