§ Mr. NorrisThe Marine Safety Agency was established on 1 April 1994 and the gross budgets for the first two years of operation are as follows:
- 1994–95: £31.7 million
- 1995–96: £30.8 million
The budget for 1996–97 has not yet been settled.
