To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what powers he has to require Trinity House to waive light dues for (a) Isle of Wight ferries and (b) other vessels. [40367]

Under present legislation the Secretary of state has no powers to require Trinity House lighthouse service to waive light dues in relation to any vessel.
