§ Mr. SackvilleThe majority of complaints received by the Department from members of the public relate to the national health service.
Complaints relating specifically to the Department are handled as any other correspondence, and are subject to performance targets set and monitored by local departmental management.
Any member of the public who is dissatisfied with how the Department has dealt with his complaint may ask a Member of Parliament to submit the complaint to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration for investigation and review.
