§ Mr. SoamesArrangements were made earlier this year for the temporary attachment of an additional consultant, Colonel J. H. He participated in the programme between 22 February 1995 and 23 March 1995, by which time waiting times has been brought within acceptable limits. Colonel Johnston will again participate in the programme during the month of June 1995 to cover for a period of leave and other professional commitments of the resident consultant physician.
