§ Mr. CurryMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment received the Manchester, Birmingham and London city pride prospectuses on 8 September 1994, 18 April 1995 and 23 January 1995 respectively. The promoters of city pride and the Government have not costed the proposals set out in the prospectuses, most of which are at a provisional stage.
