§ Mr. Malone
The City and East London family health services authority was established on 17 September 1990. Those who have served as chairmen since then areMs Jacqui Lait from 17 September 1990 to 31 October 1991; Mr. Norman Warner from 1 November 1991 to 31 August 1994; and Mr. Peter Holwell from 1 September 1994. Mr. Holwell's term of office is due to expire on 31 March 1996.
