§ Mr. KynochThe Reporter is presently considering comments received from parties in regard to part 1 of her report containing the summary of evidence and her findings of fact. The revised part 1 will shortly be re-circulated to parties. Thereafter, the Reporter will complete her report with recommendations and submit it to my right hon. Friend. A decision on this application is expected in late summer.
