§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonMy right Friend has been kept informed by the health board as its strategy has developed. Public consultation on the acute elements of the board's strategy ended on 30 April; consultation on the maternity services elements is still under way. I expect 481W the health board to submit its proposals formally for my right hon. Friend's consideration once it has considered the response to the consultation exercise.
