My hon. Friend, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Mr. Richards), announced on 3 April 1995, details of the contracts agreed for the provision of the careers service from 1 April 1995. Arrangements for contract management were set out in the prospectus published on 8 June 1994.
