§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThere is no requirement for fox destruction clubs or societies to be registered with the Welsh Office and no financial assistance is provided to such organisations. Responsibility for the control of foxes rests with individual owners and occupiers to whom advice is provided through ADAS on request.
