§ Mr. EggarDetails of expenditure in the last five years by DTI and the former Department of Energy on research and development relating to the production of energy are contained in Departmental annual reports and expenditure plans, Cm Nos. 1505, 1905, 2204, 2504. The latest departmental report "Trade and Industry 1995: The Government's Expenditure Plans 1995–96 to 1997–98," Cm 2804, also gives information about the Government's plans for such expenditure in future years.
Information about expenditure on research and development by public corporations is contained in their annual reports and accounts.
