§ Mr. FreemanSir Alan Thomas was the Head of Defence Export Services Organisation in 1991. The duration of his contract on secondment from Raytheon Europe Ltd. was five years and his annual salary in 1994, the year he left the Department, was £131,674 plus a performance bonus of up to an annual maximum of £30,000.
