To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what plans he has to obtain further legal advice with regard to taking action on the export of live animals from the United Kingdom. [20955]

We have already taken extensive legal advice about the export of live animals. We are considering the new RSPCA legal opinion carefully alongside that advice.
