§ Mr. Gwilym JonesAuthorities calculate notional rents for subsidy according to a formula in the main housing revenue account subsidy determination for the relevant year, copies of which are available in the Library of the House. The notional rents calculated by each authority for 1994–95 and 1995–96 are given in the following table. The figures shown for Wales have been derived from these figures.
