§ Mr. RedwoodAn outline business case for the westbound slip road proposal is being prepared by the University hospital of Wales Healthcare NHS trust but has not yet been received. The eastbound slip road proposal is included within the outline business case for a multi-storey carpark at the UHW which has received approval to move to the next stage of testing private sector interest in the proposal. Treasury approval would be required for either slip road if, in the event, public funds were needed to progress these developments.
