§ Mr. NelsonThe Treasury does not have any agencies. Grants in aid are paid from the Treasury vote to the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, the British-American Parliamentary Group, the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the Private Finance Panel Executive. The conditions relating to the way in which these grants can be spent are set out in financial memoranda which do not include specific requirements in respect of public relations companies.
