§ Mr. Graham Allen
To ask the Lord President of the Council what assessment he has made of the effects of the implementation of the procedural reforms in respect of the sittings of the House on attendance in the House.

§ Mr. Newton
The reforms to which the hon. Member refers will be reviewed and assessed towards the end of the experiment.
