§ Mr. LangSince May 1992, my Department has appointed three persons as political advisers—Mr. Alan Young, Mr. Gregor Mackay and Mr. Mark Izatt. Only two have been in post at any one time. Mr. Young resigned in November 1994 and was replaced by Mr. Izatt.
