(2) who granted an entry visa to Mr. Zia Rahman Farooqi, leader of the Sipah-i-Sahaba, Soldiers of Islam; [16426]

(3) which Minister was asked to approve the decision to grant an entry visa to Mr. Zia Rahman Farooqi. [16427]
