§ Mr. AncramThe 1996–97 forecast represents the anticipated level of ERDF receipts based on the expenditure proposals submitted by Government to the European Commission in November 1993, in connection with the 1994 to 1999 round of European structural funds assistance. These figures have already been revised in our 1995 public expenditure plans to reflect the contents of the Northern Ireland single programme document, which was agreed with the European Commission on 29 July 1994.
