To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list, by type and number, the announcements placed by(a) his Department and (b) the Overseas Development Administration in (i) The Times, (ii) the Daily Telegraph, (iii) The Independent and (iv) other publications in the last 12 months for which information is available.
