§ Mr. BowisA total of 182 responses were received from both individuals and organisations in response to our invitation for comments on the draft guidance on NHS responsibilities for meeting continuing health care needs. We considered very carefully the range of views expressed on the draft guidance in finalising HSG(95)8/LAC(95)5, which was issued on 23 February 1995. Copies are available in the Library. The guidance has been widely welcomed.
