Mr. Congdon

To ask the Secretary of State for Health what were the death rates per 1,000 men aged 15 to 44 years for the average of three years from 1970 to 1972, 1980 to 1982 and 1990 to 1992, using mid-year population estimates for 1971,1981,and 1991; if she will give figures(a) per district health authority with 95 percent. confidence limits,(b)per regional health authority and (c) nationally: and if she will also show the above rates excluding suicide and accidents.
