Mr. Morgan

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales. pursuant to his answer of 6 March,Official Report, column 25, regarding a grant for Crickhowell house, what conditions were applied to the grant in respect of (a) the level of employment in Crickhowell house, (b) the completion of the building to suitable standards of resistance to wind and weather and (c) repayment in whole or in part when the conditions (i) and (ii) are not being met in whole or in part: and if he will make a statement.
