§ Mr. HowardI am pleased to announce that Securicor Custodial Services Ltd. will be providing the service in the city of Manchester and the borough of Reading and that Geografix Ltd. will be providing the service for the county of Norfolk. The next stage is acceptance testing of the contractors' equipment and systems. The nine-month trials are scheduled to begin in June.
